    Richard started his education by studying architecture at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York.  After completing two years of studies, he realized his passion was to build custom homes, so he transferred to Trinity University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Home Building in 1970.

    After several years of building construction and management experience, he ventured on his own in 1978.  To date Richard has completed well over 500 custom homes in elite neighborhoods, has satisfied customers, made friends from the building relationship throughout San Antonio and the surrounding Texas Hill Country area.
